Reservation Confirmation

A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is needed to confirm a reservation. Please note that a 15% Mexican Federal Tax may be added to some rates that are not inclusive.

Forms of Payment

All rentals are payable in advance by bank wire transfer or cash (Mexican & US currency only).

Commissions

Rental commissions are collected only after all funds have been received for the rental. Commissions are generally 20% of the total rental amount for a vacation rental.
